Abstract: The development process of low aldehyde super bright PET chip was introduced. The methods to reduce the ethanal content in chips were expounded，such as reducing the reaction temperature，decreasing the final polycondensation liquid level properly，stopping using the recovery EG and adding stabilizer. A new production process of modified PET product was provide.
