Case 1
Operating conditions: HPP 6.0Mpa, LHSV 2.0~3.5h-1 and H2/Oil (v) 300~500:1 and temperature 340~360℃
Catalyst: FH-98
Feedstock: Secondary processing diesel (FCC LCO or Coker diesel) original from Daqing, Lu-Ning Pipeline, Sheng li and Mid-East crudes
Product diesel: S, Iodine number, Gum, Oxidation stability, Color and other specifications all meet national quality standard for light diesel.
Case 2
Operating conditions: HPP 3.2~3.4Mpa, LHSV 2.0~3.0h-1 , H2/Oil(v) 200~350:1 and temperature 350~360℃
Catalyst: FH-5A
Feedstock: straight run diesel of Mid-East crudes or mixed oil with FCC diesel and Coker diesel
Product diesel: S content decreased from around 10000μg/g to ≤500μg/g, meeting national S quality standard for city light diesel.
Advantages: Improving storage stability of secondary processing diesel, good sulfur removal performance, mild operating conditions, low operating costs.
Disadvantages: Limited cetane number improvement, Cannot decrease much of diesel’s aromatics.
